As I have finished Version 1 and Version 2 of my collages (below), I will now be transitioning to looking up templates and tutorials on how to make this into a license plate background.
Please comment on my versions if you have any comments or suggestions.

I like the first one better just because it doesn't have as many corners from the individual pictures. If you could round them off more, they would both be a lot better.
